Return & Refund Policy

At Dedes Era, every order is prepared with care to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our grooming and personal care products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

You may be eligible for a return if:

* You received the wrong item.
* Your order arrived damaged.
* Your order is incomplete.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos or videos of the package and product.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, where applicable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by DEDE’S ERA.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are only available for:

* Incorrect items shipped.
* Products damaged during delivery.
* Manufacturing defects.

Pre-orders & Deposits

Deposits made for pre-orders reserve inventory specifically for your order and are non-refundable.

If you have paid in full and your order has not yet been processed, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
